Equality Information & Objectives

At Worle Village Primary School, we are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where every child and family is valued, respected and supported. We actively promote equality of opportunity, challenge discrimination, and foster positive relationships across our school community.

Charging and Remissions
Worle Village Primary School follows the Kaleidoscope Multi-Academy Trust Charging and Remissions Policy. This policy explains when charges may be made for activities such as school trips, and when costs may be reduced or waived to ensure all pupils can take part.

Behaviour at Our School

We believe children learn best when they feel safe, valued and respected. Our approach to behaviour is built on clear expectations, kindness and consistency, with a strong focus on supporting children to learn from their choices.

Complaints Procedure

We are committed to listening and responding openly to concerns. Our Complaints Procedure explains how concerns can be raised, the steps we will take to investigate them fairly, and how we work with families and others to reach a positive resolution wherever possible.

Staff Code of Conduct

Executive Pay

Worle Village Primary School is committed to transparency and accountability. There are no employees at Worle Village Primary School with a gross annual salary of £100,000 or more. As a result, no executive pay banding information is required to be published.


Gender Pay Gap Information

Worle Village Primary School employs fewer than 250 staff and is therefore not required to publish gender pay gap information under current legislation.We remain committed to fair pay, equality of opportunity and inclusive employment practices across our school.
