2026 Year 6 SATs Results

Nurturing Minds, Inspiring Futures — SATs Success that Speaks Volumes at Worle Village!

At Worle Village Primary, SATs results are just one part of the story of our children and their time with us.

Our aim has always been bigger than a set of test results. We want our children to leave us as confident, resilient learners who believe in themselves, are ready for the next stage of their education and know that there are no limits to what they can achieve.

We are incredibly proud of our 2026 Year 6 pupils and everything they accomplished.

Unvalidated SATS results below:

This year's results show some particular areas to celebrate:

77% of pupils achieved the expected standard in Grammar, Punctuation and Spelling (SPAG), above the national figure of 74%.

73% achieved the expected standard in Reading, compared with 75% nationally.

73% achieved the expected standard in Maths, compared with 75% nationally.

70% achieved the expected standard in Writing, compared with 73% nationally.

63% achieved the expected standard across Reading, Writing and Maths combined – matching the national figure of 63%.

We are also extremely proud of the number of children achieving at Greater Depth, including 23% in Reading, 20% in SPAG and 17% in Maths.

The results of our pupils without identified SEND were particularly strong, with:

84% achieving the expected standard in Reading
89% in Writing
84% in Maths
89% in SPAG
and 84% achieving the combined expected standard in Reading, Writing and Maths.

But success at Worle Village cannot be measured by percentages alone.

Behind every number is a child: their progress, their challenges, the things they have overcome, the confidence they have developed and the individual successes that cannot be captured in a SATs table.
