𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗻𝘀! 🐧 

This week, Penguins took part in the Emile Education MTC Cup and achieved a fantastic result. Out of around 100 schools, they made it all the way to the finals and finished 𝟭𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹, scoring an impressive 𝟭𝟳,𝟯𝟮𝟵 𝗽𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱.

Some schools spent two full days focused solely on the competition. We chose not to do this, as we’re mindful of screen time. Instead, Penguins’ success came from 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀-𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲, answering a high number of questions correctly rather than simply completing more.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵.

𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.
