An Exciting Week of Learning and Community Spirit!
This week was filled with engaging activities for both students and the wider school community. Year 3 and 4 had a fantastic Evacuee Day, where they dressed up and took part in immersive workshops alongside a visiting school from Bristol. They explored the important role pigeons played during the war and had the opportunity to visit an air raid shelter, bringing history to life.
Bluebird Class enjoyed a Welly Walk around the local area, observing the beautiful seasonal changes in their environment—perfect for connecting their learning to the world around them.
The school also hosted its annual Sip & Shop event, which was a huge success, raising over £600 for school funds. It was a wonderful time of shopping, sipping, and supporting the school community!
What a week of learning, fun, and support!
